Hypnosis? What is it? Chances are you have experienced hypnosis and didn’t know it. Have you ever driven down the road daydreaming and you went right past your street or exit? Have you ever been engrossed in a good book or movie and didn’t hear the phone ring or someone call your name? These are examples of light hypnosis. Hypnosis is not what it’s portrayed to be on in films, TV or the stage shows. Hypnosis is a heightened state of suggestibility that relaxes your conscious mind and allows your subconscious to dominate so you can make positive changes in your life. It’s fun and relaxing. It’s like a mental massage. It is not a black art. At no time are you unconscious or asleep. It’s not mind control. You don’t do anything against your will or reveal secrets. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis. You are aware of everything that is said and done. Hypnosis was approved by the American Medical Association in 1958 as a safe and effective tool. It is more widely used today than at any time in history. Most everyone knows someone who has quit smoking, lost weight or received some benefit from hypnosis. It is a wonderful wellness tool. Most anyone, adults and children, can be hypnotized to get the results they want if they are truly committed to the change. | |

Each
hypnosis session lasts about one hour. What transpires during that session
is hypnosis will be induced and suggestions will be delivered that you
need to get the results you want. You also get relaxation recordings as
part of your program to take home to use for reinforcement.
