Author John Dawson, certified hypnotist and photographer, has been an Elvis Presley fan and collector since age twelve and student of all that is Elvis for almost as long. Dawson, his photographs and Elvis collection have been seen on television’s A Current Affair, Geraldo, Inside Edition, Evening Magazine, MSNBC and CNN. He was a consultant on the videos Life With Elvis and Elvis Week: Legacy of a Legend. He was the interviewed Elvis scholar and consultant for the Fox Family Channel’s two-hour documentary, The Presleys: Rock’ n’ Roll Royalty and was interviewed by Elvis Presley Enterprises about Presley Place that also featured Elvis’s daughter Lisa Marie Presley.

Moreover, Dawson has served in the research, writing, and photographs on numerous books on Elvis, including: Life With Elvis; Elvis: His Life From A to Z; The Elvis Encyclopedia, Raised On Rock; Elvis: Walk A Mile In My Shoes; The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Elvis; Elvis Immortal and his new book The Ways of Elvis: Lessons From His Life.
